| > Is it possible to buy ready-made blinds and cut them down myself? > We wouldn't recommend this. We have a ready-made blind range, but to ensure the perfect fit we recommend choosing a made-to-measure blind that is made to your exact specifications. |
| > Can I have my blinds and frames in any colour? > Not any any - but Gem Blinds Midlands have a terrific range of colours to suit all environments. You can mix and match your your frame and slat colour using our extensive colour palette. |
| > Is it true that I never need to clean my Gem Blinds Midlands slats? > It is true, Gem Blinds Midlands come in a sealed unit so they cant get dusty or dirty with no maintenance is necessary. Simply wipe the external frame down using a lint free cloth. |
| > Can you make me a blind if I supply the fabric? > This isn't a service we offer. |
| > Do you have complete black out blinds? > Our new range of fully opaque blinds is due for release in early 2015. These will be made available in a wide variety of colours and textures also. |
| > Are Gem Blinds Midlands blinds guaranteed? > Yes, all of our blinds come with a 12 month guarantee. If your blinds arrive damaged or develop a fault within the first 12 months. |
